Outdoor Climbing

I’ve failed terribly at posting my photos on here of late. I blame work. Here are several I took when we went outdoor climbing in Majorca at the end of May. Somewhat unsettled weather, but it didn’t actually rain until the last day. Climbing on the beach! About to go on an adventure off the […]

Eurovision

Sadly not the best selection of songs this year. However I did rather like this little ditty from Romania. You have to wait a little while for him to get going…

Festivity

I spent the May Day bank holiday back home in Hastings at one of the town’s pagan-themed festivals, Jack in the Green. The subsequent attempt to go for a wander along the beach was quickly abandoned due to rain, wind, and freezing cold. Nevermind. On the way […]

Bee

Last weekend I beefriended a local bee in my parent’s garden. Taking photos of bees is rather hard as they move unbeelievably quickly :(. Here we can see the bee using its sucker to extract honey from the flower. A view from beehind the bee.

Space Patrol

Really enjoying watching this 60s pre-supermarionation puppet show called Space Patrol. Fantastic soundtrack too.

Cross

And now for a vaguely religious theme, it being Easter and all. Marlow, Bucks.

Snail Conference

What they all doing there eh? Looks suspicious…

Gloomy

Seriously had enough of this winter.

Go me!

So it turns out the best conditions for running a half marathon are freezing cold, a threat of sleet, and wearing just t-shirt and shorts. Comfort leads to slowness. Hastings, last weekend.
